Now And Then Album

Billy Lee Ackerley's Now And Then Album, serial #BLA-1992, was recorded at Rocky Mountain Sound in Cheyenne, WY. The album cover is a picture of Billy Lee Ackerley and his two friends: Swede Granstrom, and Timber Jack Joe Lynde. They were in a wagon train traveling in Wyoming during the 1990 Centennial Celebration of when Wyoming became a state.
The songs on the Now side of the album were written, copyrighted, and published by Billy Lee Ackerley. They include: Mr. Banker (Do You Have A Conscience?), When Fall Fell In Love With Spring, Copycat, Tell Mommy I Love Her, Gone But Not Forgotten. One song is included that was written by a friend, and is named: Allwyn's Polka.
The Then side of the album is country classics.

Space Age Cowboy Album

Billy Lee Ackerley's Space Age Cowboy Album, Serial # BLA-1986, was recorded at RC Recording Service in Nashville, Tennessee. It was produced by Billy Lee Ackerley. All the songs, except Seven Spanish Angels and Longing For Springtime, were written, copyrighted, and published by Billy Lee Ackerley. His songs include: The Roughneck Song, The Bus, Heart Of Stone, I Need A One Man Woman (I'm A One Woman Man), Space Age Cowboy, Why, Girl Of My Dreams, I Want To Love You Everynight.
Mozart's song: Longing For Springtime, was re-arranged and recorded country-style by Billy Lee Ackerley (the words were not changed).
Although people are trying to steal the title: Space Age Cowboy, Billy Lee Ackerley has been called "Space Age Cowboy" since 1986 when he recorded his song: Space Age Cowboy on his Space Age Cowboy album.
He was nicknamed "Space Age Cowboy" by Whisperin' Bill Anderson's band: The Po Folks, when Billy Lee Ackerley recorded his album with them.

Songs include: The Wonder Wyoming Waltz, Wyoming's Centennial, The Bluebells, Little Petey, Find Yourself In Wyoming, Hairry Legged Russian Girls, The Beautiful Songs of Wyoming, We Don't Burn Our Flag In Wyoming, Get Along Little Dogies, Take Me Back To Old Wyoming.
All songs are about Wyoming.
