The Ballad of Mabelline, By Billy Lee Ackerley

The Ballad of Mabelline was the first song written by Billy Lee Ackerley, in 1969, when he was 17 years old. He taught himself to play the guitar, and started writing songs shortly after. The song was written at his parents home in Big Horn, WY. It was first recorded on his The Begining album, in 1983. The studio was at Billy's own house, which he had rented out for a recording studio, on 445 E. Brundage, in Sheridan, WY.

If you go to ebay, you can look up my name and see how much they are selling my Heart of Stone 45 record for. It was very popular in Europe and now is a collectors item. If you have one, they are selling for over 40 bucks. There are at least four companies selling them.
